Contingenci® by Good Human & the Pro-Veterinary Line: No Chills Dental Kit

SAN JOSE, CA, Oct. 6, 2026 – Contingenci® by Good Human, the first carbon-neutral circular manufacturing facility in San Jose, continues to expand its Pro-Veterinary Line with a product built around one of the most persistent problems in the treatment room: keeping patients warm under anesthesia. The Pro-Veterinary Line is an assortment of products for clinics developed through the repurposing of deadstock and other upcycled performance fabrics. These goods aim to support veterinary teams, keep patients comfortable and stay in service for years.

The Tech Week No Chills Dental Kit is a three-layer patient warming system for dentals, TPLOs and other procedures under anesthesia, designed to work with the forced-air warming unit and warming pad a clinic already owns. The kit includes the patent-pending Air Hugger™, whose locking cuff attaches to a standard forced-air hose without tape; a Premium Quick-Dry Blanket that holds warmth and dries quickly; and a waterproof, windproof Pop Top shell that clips to the warming pad to seal the warm air in. Together, the layers warm the patient from below and above at the same time.

The need is well documented. In a study of 1,525 dogs published in Veterinary Record in 2012, roughly one in three finished anesthesia below 97.7°F. Dental procedures carry particular risk: a steel table, water from the scaler and long procedure times all draw heat away from small and older patients. Cotton towels add to the problem by holding water against the patient. The fabrics in the No Chills Dental Kit are water-repellent and quick-drying, so the surface touching the patient stays dry, and the clinic has fewer cotton towels to wash.

Each kit is sewn in California from reclaimed performance fabric and is machine washable. Where single-use forced-air blankets are discarded after every case, the No Chills Dental Kit is reusable, carries a two-year warranty, and can be repaired at cost for the life of the product, in line with Contingenci® by Good Human’s mission to help clinics adopt sustainable practices that fit smoothly into their daily workflow.

The kit comes in three sizes. The Small, for cats and small dogs up to 20 lbs, retails at $449; the Medium, for dogs up to 65 lbs, at $469; and the Large, for dogs over 65 lbs, at $489. Kits produced for Vet Tech Week, October 18 to 24, are in stock and ship within two to three business days. Clinics that send their logo by October 9 can have it added to all three pieces. Orders placed by October 30, 2026 are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Contingenci® also recommends the Claw-Proof Water Heat Mat Cover for clinics that use water-circulating warming pads.
