Continuing Education

CE courses for veterinary teams

Practical continuing education built from clinic floor experience — workflow, patient warmth, textile hygiene and laundry economics. Written for the people doing the work, not for a conference stage.
Our RACE provider application is in progress. Courses below are not yet RACE-approved and should not be counted toward licensure until an approval number appears on the course. We will publish each program number here as it is granted.

What approval does and does not mean

RACE is the Registry of Approved Continuing Education, run by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards. RACE reviews and approves individual programs — it does not accredit organisations, which is why each course below carries its own approval number rather than a blanket claim.

Where a program is RACE-approved, it is accepted by the regulatory bodies across North America that recognise RACE, without separate submission on your part. Each board still sets its own rules on how many hours it requires, how it classifies live versus online delivery, and whether it accepts a given program at all.

Approval is granted per program, not permanently. A previously approved course has to be re-submitted, so always check the current approval number before you report hours.

Will these hours count toward my licence?
Where a course shows a RACE approval number, it is accepted by the boards that recognise RACE. Your own board decides how many hours you need and how it classifies the delivery method, so check its rules before you report.
Are these courses open to technicians as well as veterinarians?
Each course lists its intended audience on the card. Where a course is approved for both, that is stated in the approval itself, not assumed.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. On completion you receive a certificate listing the program title, the RACE approval number, the credit hours and the date of attendance — the details a board asks for.
Do I have to buy anything to attend?
No. Course attendance is not conditional on any product purchase.
Contingenci by Good Human LLC manufactures veterinary equipment. Where a course discusses product categories we sell, that commercial interest is disclosed at the start of the session and the content is written to be usable regardless of the brand you buy. Attendance is never conditional on a purchase. Credit is awarded by the boards that recognise RACE approval; each board retains the right to refuse credit.
